Stellar Raw Hair Collection is newly founded, we have not found the perfect time to expand outside the U.S.A. but in due time we will.

How do I return an item?

 

Stellar Raw Hair Co. does not allow returns or exchanges for any of our products.

What is your returns policy?

 

All Sales are FINAL.

How do I track my order?

Once you place an order here on our site and your payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. After we have confirmed your order allow us 2-3 days to process your order and sent off to your doorstep. Standard shipping (or whichever you chose at checkout) is typically 5-7 days.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Our packages are sent through our local USPS office. For any concerns with your package please contact your local United States Postal Office.

We offer Local Pickup or Standard/Express Shipping with USPS.
